Version 1.1.4 - 02.16.2020
- Added optional metadata parameters for switches: description, circuit.

Once I've received some additional feedback on this new feature I will probably add the metadata parameters for all other electrical fixtures.

Further down the road I can probably also setup a tool which will allow the user to quickly visualize which switches, outlets etc... are on a particular circuit.

Version 1.5.6b - 02.16.2020

Version 1.2.5 - 02.15.2020
- Enabled custom materials (Material Library) for all doors and windows: Trim, Casing, Door Frame, Door, Window Frame, Shutters.
- Addressed a minor bug with multiple walls coming together at a corner.

*** IMPORTANT WARNING ***

This latest update is a necessary and major rewrite of the window and door modules.  As such, this update will break compatibility with previous versions of the Wall plugin.  It is highly suggested not to upgrade to this latest version for existing projects that were created with previous versions of the plugin.

In some cases you may frame up something like this:

Rather than a tee intersection you have two walls forming a corner and then a third wall tying in at the corner.  Currently I really don't have a good solution for this scenario since one would probably need to offset the sheathing or gypsum back where the tertiary wall ties in.

I will need to give this some further thought.  Any ideas or suggestions are always welcome.

I've identified a possible bug or issue where the top plate cutout algorithm tries to cut out a zero thickness slice from the adjacent top plate in this particular scenario, I will release a fix for that shortly.

I've only added two (low poly) column bases thus far, obviously there are many more (just open a Simpson's catalog).  If you have a specific part you would like to see added to the built-in library please let me know.

Similar to the electrical plugin, the user can simply drop their column/post base SketchUp components into the library sub-folder of the plugin to use them with the column footing tool.

The vertical offset parameter was specifically added for cast in place bolt groups so the depth of embedment can easily be adjusted as needed.

As seen in the screenshots the hardware is always centered on the footing with the rotation parameter allowing for any degree of rotation.

This update was per a customer request.

Version 2.6.7 - 02.09.2020
- Fixed a bug in the text input method of the draw menu for complex rafter roofs.
- Added a T1-11 built-in material into the material library.

Version 1.2.4b - 02.08.2020
- Added a T1-11 built-in material into the material library.
- Fixed the move wall tool so that it no longer requires a negative number for offsetting to the exterior side of the wall.
- Enabled the display of the offset dimension next to the blue movement arrow for the move wall tool.

The elimination of the negative offset should make the wall move tool a lot more intuitive to use.  Please feel free to give me further feedback in this regard.

Version 1.2.4 - 02.07.2020
- Fixed a bug with the gypsum wrap for rectangular and arched door openings of interior walls.

#955
Version 1.5.5 - 02.06.2020
- Enabled an "orthogonal mode" for the polyline stemwall draw menu.
- Fixed a bug in the text input method of the draw menus for: polyline stemwalls, polygon slabs, polygon SOG, and strip footings.

The orthogonal mode seems to work as expected in most cases however if one enters in a segment length manually (text input) the following segment inferencing seems to be problematic.

After further testing I'm not entirely satisfied with the draw tool(s) and "orthogonal mode", some improvement is needed.  This also applies to the draw tool for complex roofs, it has the same issue since it is based off of the same code.

I will be working on this for the rest of the day, or until I have resolved the issues fully and the performance is satisfactory.

Per a customer request I will probably add in two additional user definable fields for all electrical fixtures:

1.) Description
2.) Circuit

Unlike other parameters these will default to a nil value.

Are there any other parameters like these that I should add while I am updating each electrical fixture type to include these additional two parameters?
#958
So far no issues with SU 2020 and the complex roof module. Still a lot more testing to go.

I really need to get added to the BETA tester's list so that I can get ahead of this compatibility testing before the next new release of SketchUp.

Version 1.2.3 - 01.30.2020
- Enabled up to four king and/or four trimmer studs for windows.
- Enabled up to four king and/or four trimmer studs for doors.
- Enabled up to four king and/or four trimmer studs for garage doors.

Eight studs deep may seem a bit excessive but it's there if you need it.

Version 2.6.6 - 01.29.2020
- Fixed a bug in the (complex roofs) roof plane edit menu for the outlooker size parameter.
- Fixed a bug involving truss assemblies and valley set assemblies that are created in the same SketchUp session.
