You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for your Medeek extension subscription or permanent license. After 14 days, you cannot obtain a full or partial refund. All refunds are subject to a 5% restocking (transaction) fee.

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for your Medeek Toolbox subscription. After 7 days, you cannot obtain a full or partial refund. All refunds are subject to a 5% restocking (transaction) fee.
